beat The Kentuckian ... Fritz von Goering beat Johnny Barend

Notes:
This last match between Fritz von Goering and Johnny Barend was very interesting.
Barend was unmasked as the Masked Man in Dayton during January, 1958.  I don’t know
if he wore a mask on December 28th or not.
Nell Stewart was billed as Ohio champion in her Columbus bouts.  I know she won the belt
earlier in 1957.  She also held an Ohio TV belt several years back.  A check of Dayton
might tell if she was billed as Ohio or World champ there.
Dick Torio went to Kent State University at one time.
Ivan Bornov was Tony Borne.  Great Malenko was Frank “Sandor” Fozo.
My records show that Hans Schmidt was in Chicago on both May 25th and June 15th, so
the Von Schmidt who wrestled in Akron on those dates was someone else.
