Tommy Ryan at the Coliseum Monday night and before they had been in conversation
thirty minutes Frank concluded he could cut as wide a swath in pugilism as he has in
wrestling. He convinced Ryan he had quite a smattering of the hit and get away game and
thought it would not take up much of his time to become proficient enough to beat some of
the present-day heavyweights. Ryan thought well of it and said he would take Frank in
