Inspector Walsh and Police Captain Miles O'Reilly.  The New York Times (2/1/03) stated
that neither Leonhardt or Kelly "seemed to be over twelve years of age." They were from
Newark.

(Prospect Hall) ... Ernest Roeber failed to throw Gus Ruhlin three times in 60:00 (handicap
match) (no falls)
Notes:  Ruhlin was a heavyweight boxer.  Not only did Roeber not successfully throw his
opponent three times in 60:00, the New York Times indicated that there were times that
Ruhlin "had the better of the argument."  His "good work was time and time again
applauded by the spectators."







Brooklyn, New York:  Friday, December 18, 1903
(Prospect Hall) ... John Piening failed to throw Jack Munroe three-times in one-hour
