Notes:  Moolah was billed as the women's international champion and carried a diamond
belt.  Costello was from Salina, Kansas and Columbo was from the Bronx.  In publicity, it
was stated that with the Savoldi-DiBiase and Moolah-Grable bouts, "promoters believe it is
the first time two championship bouts have ever been offered on the same card in
Oklahoma," according to the May 29, 1959 edition of the Oklahoman newspaper.

*The May 31, 1959 edition of the Oklahoman (Oklahoma City) stated that Mike DiBiase
(spelled Dibiasse) "won the junior heavyweight crown Friday night from Angelo Savoldi."

Notes:  Savoldi was said to have been injured after losing the championship to DiBiase in
May, "and was unable to exercise the return bout clause in his contract at that time,"
according to the August 14, 1959 edition of the Oklahoman.  Mentioned in publicity was
that the Coliseum was air conditioned.  Advanced ticket sales at Veazey's at 135 W. Main
Street.
