Notes:  Frye was from Davenport and Dillenger was from Columbus.  Bernardi was the
“Italian Women’s Champ.”  Theriac was the “Texas Kid,” and Grosz was a “garbageman
from Princeton, Iowa.”  Sacket was from East Moline and Kelly from Nashville.

Notes:  It was said to be George’s “first Quad-City appearance in six years.” The
newspaper stated that “Joe Tangaro and Guy Brunetti, world tag team champions, lost
their title in a disputed match to Bulldog Plechas and Iron Mike.” Also, the former
champions “immediately demanded a rematch.”
