Elmer Ferguson’s column told that on Wednesday Buster Crabb held his Aqua Show at the
Forum. Jules Racicot, former boxing promoter, bet Yvon Robert that he could not swim
across the pool for $25. When Robert took him up on it, Racicot fearing he would lose the bet
wanted Yvon to swim across fully clothed. Robert said that he would do it for $125 to cover
his clothes. Robert won the bet.
